Course Changes & Refund Policy
Last updated: April 2026
At Verboo, we commit our teaching resources, group capacity, and digital infrastructure to ensure a premium learning experience for every student. This Course Changes & Refund Policy governs the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and schedule adjustments are processed.
1. Core Non-Refund Policy
Confirming your enrollment reserves a limited place in a structured course and locks in teacher resources. Therefore, all course purchases are generally non-refundable once enrollment has been finalized, except where explicitly required by applicable law or under the discretionary flexibility terms described below.
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Derecho de Revocación)
Under Argentine Consumer Protection Law (Ley N° 24.240, Art. 34) and the Civil and Commercial Code (Art. 1110), as supplemented by Disposición 954/2025 governing the "Botón de Arrepentimiento" (Arrepentimiento Link):
- Consumers purchasing remote/online services have the right to revoke their course enrollment within a statutory period of 10 running days from the date of purchase or the date the service is made available, whichever occurs later, without stating any cause and without penalty.
- This statutory right is subject to exceptions and limitations under applicable law. Specifically, if the course delivery has already begun or the consumer has actively accessed the platform and consumed the contracted services during this 10-day window, the refund amount and applicability of the revocation may vary, in accordance with the actual consumption of the service and local consumer regulations.
- To exercise this statutory right of withdrawal, you may contact us at hello@verboo.club to initiate the revocation process.
3. Verboo Course Flexibility Options
To support learners who experience unexpected changes in their schedule or personal circumstances, Verboo offers discretionary flexibility options. These options are subject to availability, group compatibility, and written approval by Verboo:
- Schedule & Group Changes: Requests to transfer to an alternative schedule or a different group level may be submitted before the course starts or during the initial week of class.
- Credit Retention / Postponement: If an unforeseen circumstance prevents you from continuing during the initial period of the course, you may request to suspend your seat and preserve the paid course value as a credit for a future course edition.
- Enrollment Transfer: You may request to transfer your active course registration to a compatible peer subject to Verboo's assessment and approval.
4. Rescheduling & Teacher Availability
If a scheduled class session is canceled by Verboo due to teacher unavailability or force majeure, Verboo will assign a replacement teacher or reschedule the class. Such operational adjustments are designed to guarantee the delivery of the educational commitment and do not constitute grounds for a refund. No automatic refund arises solely from teacher substitution or session rescheduling.
5. Corporate Purchases
Purchases made by companies, businesses, or organizations for corporate training packages are subject to separate business-to-business (B2B) agreements. The statutory 10-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by corporate entities or for commercial B2B purposes.
6. Submission Procedure
To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal or request discretionary course changes, please submit an email to hello@verboo.club containing your registered account email, proof of purchase, and details of your request.
